What's included in corporate packages?

 

Each corporate event package is customized to your specific needs. All events include a professional sommelier-led experience, wines, educational materials, and set up. Based on your event, we can provide Riedel glassware, food pairings, Private chef wine dinners, promotional take-home items, and musical entertainment.

How far in advance should I book?

60-90 days' notice is ideal to allow for proper planning, budget approvals, and coordination with team schedules.

What's the minimum/maximum number of guests? We can accommodate 15-50 guests, with scalable options for larger teams. Smaller executive tastings are also available.

How much space do you need?

A conference room, event space, or private dining area that comfortably seats all participants. For office locations, we can work with boardrooms or open areas. Multiple tasting stations may be set up for groups over 30 people.

What if someone doesn't drink alcohol?

We provide sophisticated non-alcoholic alternatives to ensure all team members can participate fully in the experience.

Can you customize the experience?

Yes, we offer extensive customization, including industry-specific themes, leadership development elements, team-building activities, and alignment with your company's culture and values.

What team-building elements can be incorporated?

We offer blind tasting and aroma challenges, collaborative tasting exercises, and structured networking activities designed to strengthen team dynamics.

Do you provide educational certificates or materials?

Yes, we can provide branded certificates of participation and take-home tasting notes.

Can you incorporate our company branding?

Absolutely! We can include your logo on materials, customize presentation slides, and align the experience with your corporate messaging.

Do you offer virtual or hybrid options for remote teams?

Yes, we provide virtual tastings with shipped wine packages and hybrid events that connect in-person and remote participants.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes, typically 50% of the total cost. We can work with your procurement process and provide invoicing as needed.

What's the cancellation policy?

Full refund if cancelled 45 days in advance, 50% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance, 25% refund if cancelled 14 days in advance, non-refundable within 14 days.

What are your liability and insurance policies?

We carry comprehensive liability insurance and follow responsible service guidelines. We can provide certificates of insurance as required.

How do you handle corporate invoicing and procurement?

We work with your finance team to provide proper invoicing, W-9 forms, and can accommodate purchase order requirements and net payment terms.

Do you offer ongoing corporate partnerships?

We provide quarterly or annual corporate tasting programs, client entertainment packages, and preferred pricing for repeat bookings.
